I work with individuals and couples. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, client- centered work using integrative modalities and evidence-based approaches. Together we can build on your strengths, known and unknown. Many clients seek support for anxiety, building confidence, stuckness, existential angst, relationship dynamics and challenges, life transitions (life-cross roads, gender, sexuality, loss, grief, change), 2SLGBTQ+ themes including gender identity and overall support. Recognizing, understanding and working on pathways through the complex layers of life with support is the collaborative process I aim to engage.
I am trained in Humanistic Existential Psychotherapy and Integrative Psychodynamic Modalities. I work with diverse demographics in both individual and couples therapy. I am trained in Level 1 and 2 Gottman Method for couples work and have a background in Alternative Dispute Resolution and mediation. Communication is an art that facilitates clarity.
