Through integrative modalities and an empowerment mindset we can further expand upon your existing skills and strengths both known and unknown. I tend to work with themes of identity, anxiety, loss and life transitions, including gender and sexuality, building confidence, working with stuckness, and deepening self- awareness. A common practice while working with me is focusing on the relationship with yourself and others.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and client-centered. Honouring your intuition and listening to what resonates with you is something I welcome and encourage. I offer a variety of modalities and often utilize the arts to explore unheard narratives, themes, patterns and goals.
