We understand finding a counsellor can sometimes be stressful. Online forms, different types of therapies, and personality styles, can be difficult to navigate when you don’t know what’s best for you. We believe choosing the right fit with a counsellor is of the utmost importance in achieving effective therapy outcomes. To ensure the right fit, we provide a complimentary 20-minute Counsellor Match Consultation to discuss your areas of desired support and match you with the counsellor that is best equipped to provide you counselling services based on their specialties, style, approach, and any other preferences you may have!

We work together to make sure your therapy is always ethical, empirically supported and tailored to achieve a happier, more balanced life for you. All of our Registered Clinical Counsellors possess a Master’s level degree and are each experts in various therapies grounded in science, combined with extensive training and real world experience.

We offer a variety of insightful solutions, based on a specialized skillset while being well-rounded and adaptive to our client’s varying life situations. We are informed, always learning individuals. We use this knowledge to draw awareness to underlying needs, and further build on the unique strengths within each person.
