About
When a loved one is unwell, it can be hard to find answers. I provide family and individual support to families, adults, and seniors through major life transitions and events. Together, we can navigate some of the most complex family issues such as having a family member who faces mental health or addiction issues, supporting aging parents, caregiver stress, burnout, healthcare crises, and examining public and private options. I can help you navigate the system and together we can make a plan.
My specialty is providing intensive family and caregiver support services. I have 14 years experience in case management, family support, senior’s housing/facility placements, caregiver stress, and mental health & substance use. I am also a wife and mother of three children who give me a sense of grounding when working with families.
I bring a keen sense of empathy, experience, and professionalism to my practice. I understand that all families are complex and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for you to find your bearings. My sessions are provided virtually.
