I am passionate about helping individuals and couples who have experienced significant trauma in their lives, including those with complex PTSD, dissociative identity disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I believe that when we experience trauma, we can feel trapped in the past, frozen by the challenge of letting go of the pain, and unable to enjoy the present. So I want to help you process those past hurts so that you can get back to living the life you want. I provide therapy to people of all cultures, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations, valuing each person’s unique experiences.

Therapy in Spanish or English! Does it feel like everyone else has it figured out - except for you? Do you find it hard to keep up with daily responsibilities, no matter how hard you try? Is it hard to stay organized, focused, or even just motivated some days? I work with folks who have ADHD or wonder if they might. I also support people navigating anxiety, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed by life. I’m trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe therapy should work with your brain, not against it. Te encuentro en el punto en el que estés. Juntos, averiguaremos que te ayuda y omitiremos lo que no.

Living with chronic illness, disability, or neurodivergence is hard. Getting through the overwhelm of everyday life feels impossible. You're starting to feel like all you think about is your condition and everything it has taken away from you - work, hobbies, sleep, relationships. Your family and friends don’t get it. They try to help and probably mean well, but sometimes the dismissive way they say things makes you feel worse. You try to hide your symptoms to seem “normal” but inside, you feel like you might break.

Welcome! Life is messy, beautiful, enduring and at times intensely painful and confusing. My intention is to create a safe space for you to land, nourished with empathy and understanding. Many of us are reaching outside of ourselves for happiness or utilizing avoidance strategies to cope; creating a void or level of fear that is often challenging to describe and keeps us in frantic overwhelm or a numb detachment from our inner joy. Being Neurodiverse, I hold a unique understanding of different traits and sensitivities and tailor support for a peaceful partnership with yourself and the world around you, if that is a desire you hold.
