Many of us spend years becoming who others need us to be. Then one day, something changes. A relationship ends, our identity shifts, loss reshapes us, or we realize the life we built no longer feels like our own. I support individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, trauma, burnout, and grief. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, hidden, or lost along the way.

When your child is struggling at home or school, it’s hard to know what to do next. I support children and youth in rural and surrounding communities who may be dealing with anxiety, behaviour, friendships, or school challenges—or who just need a few more tools to move forward. Sessions take place on a calm, rural property where kids can move, play, and connect with animals, often feeling more comfortable than in an office and well worth the drive. I also work closely with parents, offering practical, down-to-earth support that fits real family life—not just the therapy room.

You are exhausted but you cannot explain why. Nothing is obviously wrong. There is no crisis, no major life event, just this relentless feeling of being overwhelmed, disconnected, and depleted. You are snapping at the people you love. You lie awake at night running lists in your head. The version of yourself you used to be feels very far away.
You do not need more advice. You need someone who actually gets it.
