I specialize in the areas of women's health, perinatal / postpartum mood disorders, anxiety, parenting, and couples / relationships. I like to integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities: Attachment-Based Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I have extensive formal training in these modalities.
I offer in person & online counselling support for women and couples of Saskatchewan. I have several years of experience as a clinical supervisor and am now offering individual and group clinical supervision and consultation.
