Whether you're interested in unraveling these to deepen your relationships with others, or you'd like to connect more deeply with your sense of self we can work toward expansion together at your pace.
With empathy and humour, we can engage in insightful and meaningful collaboration. I use trauma-informed, Anti-Oppressive, and politicized practices that hold space for a galaxy of experiences (ie distress, joy, shame, confusion). Together we can work in ways that account for individual, interpersonal, and systemic factors toward your preferred life.
