Welcome to Sitka Counselling. We support individuals and couples by offering a judgement free space to be heard, explore solutions, expand perspectives and create space for healing. Clients seek counselling when they are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, issues with trust and communication, infidelity and or conflict management. We believe effective therapy is relationship-driven, and invite you to start on a journey where together we face the challenges or struggles you experience. Offering online and in-person in Nanaimo, Parksville, Comox and Campbell River.

We provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where mindful attention and gentle exploration are brought to your concerns. We may examine limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns. We practice from a client-centered approach and draw on a number of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, IFS, Somatic, Gottman and solution-focused.

Whatever is your struggle, you don't need to go through it on your own. Sometimes we need to learn new coping skills or to have help in figuring out how what happened to us affects how we think, feel, and behave.
