I have 37 years of experience with families and individuals. I offer evening and daytime appointments. I provide family therapy and individual counselling in person and virtually. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to : Eating Disorders, Life Transitions , Anxiety and Depression, Family Conflict, and Parenting Support.
