I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). My theoretical orientations are Person-centered and Narrative Therapy, however, I also integrate evidence-based modalities to better address my client's unique needs, worldviews, interests, and goals.
I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships involving empathy, respect, and authenticity. I aim to create a non-judgmental environment where my clients feel accepted, heard, understood, and safe to share their concerns openly. My mission is to work alongside my clients to support them as they reach their goals and thrive in their healing journeys.
