Simone Moir is a Gestalt therapist offering Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy. Informed by her background in meditation, yoga and art, she balances playfulness and creativity with mindfulness of the present moment. She has extensive training in Buddhist meditation and facilitating Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) groups.
