Hello! I am so pleased you have decided to take steps in paving your path to healing. You do not have to do this alone. At Agapé Lens Consulting and Therapy, I provide individual psychotherapy, prioritizing Black adults and youth starting at age 12. I have been addressing the needs of mental health and racialized communities for over 15 years. We can focus on a variety of concerns such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger, and racism.
My practice is grounded in trauma informed principles, an Afrocentric lens, attachment, holistic, and strength-based practices. Using an integrative approach, I can incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to support your healing journey.
