I use a compassionate and supportive approach to help you bring about meanful change. I work collaboratively with you to help you reclaim and embrace your life. I help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, increasing your self-awareness to bring about positive change. These can be "aha moments" in session where you see how an old pattern is holding you back in your current life.
From understanding yourself better, healing unresolved issues, processing grief, setting boundaries, approaching a situation with more flexibility, and/or learning news tools and skills, I support you towards your goals. I believe in your ability to grow and take steps towards the life you truly want to live.
