I provide individual counselling to adolescents and adults who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, relationship, and identity issues. I am currently a therapist with the Men's Trauma Centre in Victoria BC, I have almost a decade of experience working in youth outreach positions and I have extensive experience counselling university students.
I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives and are their own greatest resource. Using tools of mindfulness and self-compassion, I help clients move through distressing emotions, gain feelings of safety and create effective strategies to navigate problems.
