Many of my clients are adults in their 20s and 30s — including early-to-mid career professionals and students — navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, the search for meaning, or the lingering impact of childhood trauma. I am a gentle and curious therapist, and I bring compassion, honesty, and a quality of stubbornness that I hope will be seen as an unfaltering commitment to support your journey and wellbeing.

My approach is relational, calm, and collaborative. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, trauma treatment, and psychedelic integration. I draw on Humanistic & Somatic therapies to provide an integrative and wholistic therapy that is unique to each client. I bring 10+ years of experience working in universities as an educator, mediator and career coach.

It takes courage to look inward, especially if your past relationships have made trust feel risky.
