Many of my clients are adults and young couples seeking a calm, relational space to explore life transitions, relationship challenges, meaning, and the influence of early relationships. I am a gentle and curious therapist. I offer a steady, grounded presence in the work, without pressure or an agenda. I bring compassion, honesty, and a quality of stubbornness that I hope is experienced as an unfaltering commitment to your wellbeing and growth.
My approach is relational, calm, and collaborative. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed therapy, psychedelic integration, and I draw on Humanistic and Somatic approaches to offer integrative therapy that is shaped around each client. I bring over 10 years of experience working in universities as an educator, mediator, and career coach.
