My goal is to help my clients arrive at a deeper understanding of their needs and motivations in work and in play, across the full spectrum of their relationships, and amid the confusion and turmoil of challenging situations. This is a process no one should have to go through alone. Having benefited from self-exploration with skillful and empathic mentors, I am privileged to rediscover the essence of this work in every new therapeutic engagement. The uniqueness of each individual calls for a disciplined mutual curiosity that allows for the constant emergence of fresh information and potentially transformative insight.
Many of us these days are struggling to make sense of our lives in the face of profound social upheaval. I provide a safe space in which to address emotional discomfort arising from anxiety, depression, addiction, childhood trauma, interpersonal abuse, relationship problems, giftedness, and life transitions. I am open to working with clients of any age.
