I use evidence and skill-based approaches to support youth (16+), adults, couples, and families. Sessions include learning practical skills for emotion regulation, effective communication, decision-making, boundary-setting, and healthy relationship management.
Clients often seek support for anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, OCD, ADHD, low self-worth, grief, people pleasing, stress, conflict resolution. I also offer premarital and dating counselling along with supporting couples navigate infidelity, emotional disconnect and life transitions.
My approach integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eco-Systemic Family Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. I also draw on attachment and trauma-informed approaches, Polyvagal theory, mindfulness, calming exercises and practical tools to help calm the body, process emotions, and shift unhelpful patterns.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA2S+, cross-cultural, and neurodivergent clients. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where individuals and couples can strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create deeper, lasting connections.
