Who Am I Now? Workshop -- 1:00-4:30 November 29
After a major life event (the death of a loved one, retirement, a health diagnosis, graduation, a birth, a job loss, a cross-country move, a break-up, a career change, etc.) we can lose our sense of identity. We feel set adrift, without an anchor. “I used to know who I was… " Through mindful awareness, reflective questions, visualization, journalling, and expressive therapeutic arts, we will explore our evolving identities following life-changing events. The fee of $100 includes light refreshments and art materials. A sliding scale is available. Small group — maximum 12 participants.
