Most of us call on Spiritual resources in times of need. Your Spirituality, however you define it, is welcome here!
Individual Clients: I use an integrative approach, drawing on humanistic and attachment therapies. Couple Clients: Relationship sessions with me, Signy Fridriksson. You also have the option of some 2-on-2 sessions with Steve Fick & me. We model a relationship strengthened by challenge and commitment!

COLLAGE WORKSHOPS Vision Boards help us express what is hidden within, using found images and words. Schedule: March 2023, May 2023 -- Dates to be confirmed. All workshops 1:30-4:00.
