PTSD, sexual assault), burnout, confidence, and relationship challenges.

I have experience working with organizational leaders, those in other helping professions, and individuals experiencing phobias to confidently regain stability and work-life balance while managing high demands. Currently, I am on the board of Vision Youth Leadership Program helping the youth become inspirational future leaders.
