About
Frustrated and overwhelmed? Is your closest relationship struggling under the weight of misunderstandings, frustrations and resentments? You would give anything to feel accepted, appreciated and loved again. Or perhaps you’re at a lost about how to parent and support your child who struggles with attention, impulsivity or emotions. Your child may be feeling stressed that they can’t seem to behave in a way they know they should. You may be feeling exhausted and angry that you can’t be the partner or parent you know you can be. These are all typical feelings and experiences for individuals and families impacted by ADHD or autism.
I can help foster understanding of how neurodevelopment brain differences like ADHD and autism impact your family. And from that understanding, we will work together to develop an action plan about how to bring love and consistency back into your home so you can have healthy and successful relationships.
I am a parent of two neurodiverse children (ADHD and ASD). I personally know what it’s like for neurodevelopmental brain differences to impact a person and the family. I now use my lived experience along with professional training specifically in ADHD to help others. Contact me and let's get started on building love and consistency in your life.
