I identify as an Asian Couples Therapist in an intercultural marriage and a mother of two. I’m passionate about supporting high-achieving couples and busy parents to improve communication, repair conflicts, deepen emotional connection, and reclaim intimacy. I also help couples who are healing from affairs as well and navigating intercultural, interfaith relationships. Also, I work with women who are experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss and postpartum mood issues.
I help couples break negative patterns, validate emotions, and learn actionable relationship tools to build a healthy, fulfilling relationship where they feel seen and valued. Whether you are experiencing fertility challenges, navigating parenthood, or healing from an affair/ infidelity, I am here to support you with care.
My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I hold a Master's degree from the University of Toronto and Certified in Emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
