In therapy, my aim is to build a strong relationship with clients, one that is based on principles of trust, transparency, and collaboration. I strive to create an atmosphere that will help you to feel safe, supported, and challenged in the areas that will foster your growth.
I provide therapy to adults with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and personality disorders. I employ DBT, CBT, and CPT for trauma. I provide psychological assessments and assess for ADHD in adults. A treatment consultation with a psychiatrist is available to those seeking psychological assessments.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Concordia University in Montreal. I also completed my postdoctoral fellowship and predoctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, and trained in a variety of settings including St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and the McGill University Health Centre.
