I provide therapy for teens, young adults, adults and seniors. With over 25 years of experience, I will be able to assist you with a range of issues such as: domestic violence, child abuse, sexual abuse, sexual assault, trauma, self-esteem, loss, grief, separation and divorce, self-care, anxiety.
As a Clinical Traumatologist, I provide treatment to trauma survivors. Some of the things you may be experiencing: intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, trauma-related fears, panic, avoidance, numbing, detachment from others, guilt, shame, general anxiety, sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating. We will work together through your trauma and recovery.
