Using an integrative-holistic approach, I help clients identify what is causing their discontent. By dedicating focused attention to uncover the unique context of your concerns (patterns of thinking/behaving/relating), we arrive at realistic options and take steps to solve specific problems, improve relationships, and enhance your self esteem.
I use traditional western approaches to counseling/psychotherapy and integrate eastern psychology (meditation and yoga) to help clients understand themselves in relation to their personal history and environment. Clients are encouraged to explore their unique mind/body/psyche connection in order to empower self awareness, manage stress and feel well.
