I will work with you and your child in order for you to reach your goals. My approach is to provide a safe supportive space for clients to share their worries, concerns, feelings and thoughts. Working from a strength based position, I use talk therapy and play based approaches utilizing techniques from solution focused therapy, CBT and systems. I use an eclectic approach as every client and their needs are unique.
My focus and passion is working with children and youth while supporting parents. My areas of expertise include anxiety, peer relationships, school challenges, friendship issues, parenting skills, ADHD, behavioural and emotional regulation, separation and divorce, grief and anger and stress management.
