Utilizing a Trauma-Informed approach, I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral, and Interpersonal therapies and I also engage two-eyed seeing, neuroscience, mindfulness, and body-centered techniques.
