Hello and thank you for reviewing my site! I possess 33 years of experience in a variety of counselling contexts. I aspire to provide each client with a meaningful experience in each session. My focus of work includes Women's & Men's issues, personal growth, Couple/Marital issues, healthy boundaries, Menopause, life transitions & changes, parent coaching, parent-teen conflict and Relationship challenges. I work with adults, parents, teens and couples. Counselling, coaching and consulting best describe my practice with a focus on your desired change-oriented outcomes whereby healing and growth can occur.
I choose to not define myself as having a specialty but rather focused interests. My professional & life experiences continue to generate a keen interest as well as an expansive & informed skill set in the areas listed above. My counselling practice is integrated in nature drawing upon numerous psychotherapies I have trained extensively in.
