I have over 15 years working in hospitals, schools, residential treatment and private practice. I am here as part of your support system to assist you overcome challenges you currently face. I use a have a variety of therapeutic philosophies and coping strategies.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy to assist clients in successful outcomes. I offer EMDR, CBT, CPT, emotion focused, play therapy, solution focused, family dynamic and talk therapy to set realistic goals & steps to accomplish them. I assist my clients in having a more positive outlook on their environment & create resiliency in clients I work with.
My goal is to support my clients through a strength based approach that focuses on realistic goal setting through patience, empathy & understanding that every client is different with unique life challenges.
