With 30+ years of experience in trauma and addiction treatment (licensed in NY & Ontario, Member of the CCPA and ISSTD), I provide trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy, inclusive of hypnosis, parts work, coaching, and somatic and holistic practices to assist survivors of complex trauma, dissociative disorders, narcissistic abuse and addictive disorders reclaim safety, sobriety, clarity and purpose. For those drawn to it, I provide support in integrating spiritual exploration into the recovery journey. My integrative, humanistic approach restores disowned parts of self, guiding clients beyond survival toward wholeness and thriving.
I treat complex trauma, addiction and narcissistic abuse recovery by blending traditional therapy with creative outlets, somatic approaches, hypnosis and spiritual exploration. I led a theater project for at-risk women in NYC, collaborated on an animated short, been a guest on telecasts, and write articles that illuminate paths to healing and resilience.
I am committed to creating a compassionate, authentic bond in order to serve as a witness for those plagued by traumatic histories. By establishing a secure, reparative therapeutic relationship, the most robust predictor of a positive treatment outcome, clients can reclaim safety, sobriety, restore wholeness and achieve deep, lasting recovery.

I am in the process of forming a supportive and empowering group for high-functioning women who have already done meaningful trauma-informed work. This group is designed to serve as a collective of support, solidarity and inspiration. A safe space where women can consciously work through the constraints that have hindered their growth, and free up the vitality and creativity needed to live more fully and authentically. Through a brief screening, we’ll determine whether the group will take shape as an ongoing psychodynamic process group or a focused 8–10 session series.
