I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I have over 10 years experience working in student support at Memorial University and have always been an advocate for students’ overall mental health and wellness. During my graduate studies, I worked closely with women who experienced intimate partner violence. Since beginning my practice in 2020, i've expanded my support to students of all ages, as well as teachers, young adults and adults.
My work includes ADHD education and support, student well-being, in-service teacher support, career exploration, intimate partner violence, trauma, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress-management, grief and many other life challenges. My practice is trauma informed, person-centered, strength-based and solution focused.
I am currently accepting new clients and the wait time is less than 2 weeks. I look forward to providing a safe space and supporting you on your path to wellness.
