About

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS******* Everyday life comes with struggles that often leave us feeling depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. We sometimes feel disconnected and in conflict with our spouses, family and friends and are looking for a way to cope better. However, what we really want is the opportunity to breathe. To be able to create space where we can slow down and act instead of react, to decide and choose instead of the choice being made for us.
As a RP and RMFT I am willing to assist you in finding hope and ways to cope. In my practice I use a client centered approach that is supported by a CBT and Strengths- Based approach. For couple's work I draw on Gottman and emotionally focused interventions. I invited clients to use their faith to find meaning and strategies to weather life's storms.
Seeking help can often be intimidating but with courage you will start a journey by taking this initial step. I encourage you to take the step so that you will be able to breathe again.
