I practice client-centered holistic psychotherapy integrating mind, body and spirit. I believe everyone has wisdom within them. Healing is possible when you’re open and genuinely explore yourself with patience. You are in charge of your life.
My responsibility is to provide necessary environment for authentic therapeutic alliance to occur so that clients feel safe to explore painful and unwanted life experiences; to be a clear mirror for the client so that clients can gain clarity into their blocks; and to provide necessary tools so that clients are empowered to lead their envisioned life.
