About
Young adults and postsecondary students come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed from trying to 'hold it together'. They describe different combinations of anxiety, high sensitivity, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, stress, and burnout. They feel a strong disconnect from their authentic selves and find it challenging to cope with school, work, thoughts of the future, or daily tasks. They feel stuck and uncertain about their options and want support to learn how to navigate feelings of overwhelm differently and regain confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Through virtual therapy I strive to provide individuals with a safe place where they can feel supported, seen, heard, and never judged. I utilize a holistic integrative approach to help people, particularly young women and non-binary folx, address the hardships they are facing and move closer to the changes they want.
There are many shared and unique challenges existing in our current world. You do not have to move through these experiences alone. Email me to set up a complimentary video or phone consultation so that you can share your hopes and we can see how we would work together.
