I am genuinely excited to hear my client’s story. I look forward to working with clients to understand patterns, protective strategies, coping skills, and their attachment needs. I address a sense of self and work well with clients during life transitions. I have experience working with people in addressing PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, addiction, stress, and relationship concerns. I am passionate about working with all types of relationships, parent and child, partnerships, marriages, and working relationships. I aim to explore the patterns created and unconsciously learned all the while moving toward one another with curiosity.
I work with couples and individuals. I naturally move to working from an Emotionally-focused framework (Sue Johnson), ACT, and Hakomi-Somatic (Ron Kurtz). I work with individuals wanting to explore Health in Every Size, getting curious about their relationship with food or disordered eating. Expanding your authentic self, becoming more settled in your needs.
I work well with couples looking to address their family histories, current negative cycle, and repair their bond. I work well with individuals looking to expand their sense of self, heal attachment wounds and understand their stories.
