I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 30 years, and have expertise in treating individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties. These include relationship issues, emotional abuse, women's issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, childhood trauma and grief. My approach, while primarily psychodynamic, includes cognitive strategies, mindfulness and active, creative strategies.

I enjoy helping women to 'find their voice' in relationships, and helping men to find more intimacy and connection, by healing from dysfunctional patterns and learning new ways to communicate and interact. These changes can last a lifetime, and form the foundation for more fulfilling, satisfying relationships.
I am also a fully credentialed music therapist, and work with creative people and performing artists. I incorporate music, sound, art, dream work and role play with clients open to creative approaches to therapy.
