I specialize in trauma work with youth and adults, helping individuals to process, transform, heal, and grow. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space and warm presence. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, with over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults at Island Health, with non-profit community counselling organizations, and in private practice. My approach to counselling is compassionate, strength-based, and authentic.
