I work collaboratively with my clients in a judgment-free, trauma-informed approach to move through issues they are struggling with. I employ a culturally sensitive manner that displays warmth, genuineness, and respect and am dedicated towards empowering clients to meet their desired outcomes.
I have focused my practice to work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional distress, substance dependency and trauma. The focus of my graduate studies was in researching and learning more about anxiety, substance use and trauma. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
