Welcome, and thanks for checking out my profile. I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor working in Vancouver and on the Sunshine Coast. I work with my clients toward identifying and demystifying some of the more persistent problems that stand in the way of waking up each day feeling happy and hopeful about life. I believe we all have the capacity for change and that each of us can work with the challenges we have, no matter how difficult they are. Whether you're feeling just a little stuck or completely overwhelmed, I will work with you to help you shift perspective and create positive and lasting changes.
I have 20 years of counselling experience working with individuals, couples, children and youth. I work with anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, issues specific to the LGBTQ2S community. I've also been a certified trauma counsellor for many years. I have FNHA, CVAP, ICBC and EAP affiliations.
I'd like to work with you toward making healthy, restorative changes in your life. I am trained in a variety of clinical methods and I will work with you in ways that best support the changes you'd like to make.
