I specialize in trauma related symptoms and concerns. As an EMDR certified therapist I can help with complex trauma, relational trauma, phobias, mood and relationship concerns. I offer treatment intensives and day retreats. Depression, anxiety relationship concerns are often symptoms of trauma and we can explore healing further with EMDR and somatic therapies. I also support individuals and their family members struggling with stress, behaviour problems, communication difficulties, marital concerns, and co-parenting issues after separation and divorce. often a little help can change the direction to a more positive one.
