I assist in mood disorders and life challenges. I specialize in trauma related symptoms and concerns. As an EMDR certified therapist I can help with complex trauma, relational trauma, phobias, mood and relationship concerns. I also support individuals and their family members struggling with stress, behaviour problems, communication difficulties, marital concerns, and co-parenting issues after separation and divorce. Struggling with anxiety and depression can be very difficult and I assist with CBT, ACT and EMDR, Somatic Therapies and more. Sometimes we need a little help to truly live our best life, be our best in relationships.
With over 20 years experience and advanced training in EMDR and somatic therapies, I now supervise psychologists who are working towards their licensing as provisional licensed psychologists, providing support and guidance through their journey. Our clinic, Riverstone Counselling Centre provides this space to more clients and support a variety of concerns.
Clarity, compassion and connection are the qualities that our centre exhibit. Our main location in Okotoks, provides a comfortable setting for your session as well as a satellite office in SE Calgary, Midnapore. Our team is available evenings and weekends for convenience of scheduling. We provide curated treatment in Trauma, ADHD, Sleep issues and Anxiety.
