I have 20 years experience working in Mental Health. Over the course of 20 years, I have worked with a number of different diagnoses in both in-patient and out-patient settings. The therapeutic relationship is a strong predictor of success and you will find that I am a calm, supportive, nonjudgemental presence.
I am a Trauma informed therapist with an eclectic approach to healing. Your quality of life carries as much value to me as my own. Facing the past can feel overwhelming and sometimes impossible but when we face it together it becomes bearable.
