Starting counselling takes courage, and I’m here to create a safe, compassionate space for you to begin healing. I take a collaborative approach, working with you to find the methods that best fit your needs, values, and goals. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and tackle the challenges you are facing. My work focuses on anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. With experience in both private practice and post-secondary teaching, I blend clinical knowledge with warmth, creativity, and real-world insight. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I have years of experience working with all ages. I work mostly with children and teens who have ADHD and/or Autism. I also specialize in life transitions, body positivity, and grief. I will be there to help you along your journey, and strive to meet you where you need support.
In this unpredictable world, it is important to have a safe space to talk to someone. It can be hard to reach out for help but the search is a good first step. I am available to help during days and evenings. Feel free to reach out to me to book an appointment. Please email me as phone calls are hard to answer when I am in session with other clients,
