Currently welcoming new clients! Life can bring a wide range of challenges, and at times these can feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate. You may notice this showing up as anxiety, grief, low mood, feeling stuck, difficulties with relationships, substance use, or adjusting to change. I work with teens and adults to support you in making sense of these experiences and finding a way forward. Together, we’ll build a deeper understanding of what you’re going through and develop personalized strategies that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.
I draw on approaches including IFS, Somatic and Polyvagal Theory, ACT, and CBT to support you to find deeper connection to yourself and others, healthier thinking patterns, support with emotional regulation, and relate differently with challenges/traumas you've experienced. Our sessions can be in office, virtual, or walk and talk.
I strive to create a warm, authentic, non-judgmental space that fosters safety to share and supports you to feel heard and understood. With collaboration and safety at the core of our work together, we'll work at the pace you are comfortable with and with the areas you feel are most important. Please reach out for a complimentary consultation!
