I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My background includes working with individuals and families navigating trauma, including complex and intergenerational trauma within the child welfare system. Currently I work with adult individuals and couples coming to therapy for a variety of reasons.
I provide psychological treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, workplace stress and burnout, relationship challenges, and family conflict. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment-based approaches to support meaningful and sustainable change.
