As a registered psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I believe the answers lie within us. Using talk therapy, creative interventions and/or meditation, we look at current life struggles and past events impacting you. By giving voice to these personal stories, underlying emotions unwind and negative inner dialogues are uprooted. New ways of being emerge. With growing awareness, learn how to change and engage in your life with increasing wisdom.
I enjoy working with Women, Men, First Nations Children, Youth and Families and people with diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. When working with children and youth I primarily use the arts and play individually or in groups to help them express their thoughts and feelings. Everyone is welcome and accepted.
