I am a Reg. Psychotherapist/Clinical Trauma Specialist and an Accredited Family Mediator. I am passionate about the work that I do which includes working with children, adolescents and their families. I have extensive experience in working with children from separated and divorced families. I have been called as an expert witness in our family court system several times over the past 25 + years. I often work in collaboration with other professionals to best support families. I am an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators. I assist families that are separating to develop a solid Parenting plan.
In addition I work with children and adults struggling with a variety of different issues such as anxiety, grief and loss, complex trauma, self esteem issues, blended family issues and family conflict. I assist parents in learning about attachment and how to best understand their child's behaviour's through an attachment lens. I also run groups for women.
