I am passionate about working with clients who are looking to understand themselves better and wanting to understand how trauma, pain and certain narratives have impacted their sense of self, identity, authenticity, sexuality, pleasure, etc. My goal is to empower my clients through guided self-exploration, psychoeducation and support as I help them face the pain that may be interfering with who they are at their core and how they want to show up in their daily lives.

I am a trauma-informed, person-centered, anti-oppressive, sex positive, kink aware/affirming, poly aware and culturally aware therapist. One of the unique lenses I bring into sessions is a comprehensive and personal understanding of how collectivist and individualist values can intermingle and clash and hope to uphold a space for both to exist.

I understand how scary and vulnerable it can feel to open up to a stranger like myself, hence why we can start slow and build rapport before diving into work together. With patience, safety, compassion, empathy and curiosity, I hope to be able to work with you and help you achieve your therapeutic goals and become the version of yourself that you want to be.
