Approaches include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia, Client-Centred (Humanistic), Existential Therapy, Hope Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET), Cognitive Behavioural Conjoint Therapy for PTSD (CBCT).
