I am an "integrative" therapist which means I combine elements from many forms of therapy including ACT, CBT, DBT and EFT. I am also trained in the Gottman Method and EMDR. As an immigrant, I approach therapy from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive lens to ensure you feel respected and empowered in your journey.
